About the Project

Located on the future Light Rail route on Derech Chevron, Terra is advancing a large-scale redevelopment project. The plan includes the demolition of 2 Gedalya and preservation of the adjacent historic structure on 8 Miriam Hachashmonait. Replacing the 20 existing apartments, the new development will feature two 10-story buildings with 90 apartments, commercial space, and public areas.

Baka is one of Jerusalem’s most prestigious and storied neighborhoods. Established at the turn of the 20th century in southern Jerusalem, it is renowned for its stunning historic architecture and timeless charm. Approximately half of the neighborhood been designated for preservation by the Jerusalem Municipality. Its prime location, elite educational institutions, and distinguished community establish Baka as one of the city's most exclusive and sought-after residential enclaves.
