Armon Hanatziv Complex

The Armon HaNetziv Complex is the largest redevelopment project in Jerusalem. Terra, in partnership with Rothstein and Golden City, is spearheading this landmark development which spans several streets and includes 500 existing apartments. The old structures will be demolished and replace by a sleek, modern residential district featuring approximately 2,300 new apartments.

This large-scale transformation is meticulously managed by the developers in direct coordination with the Jerusalem Municipality and is supported by a premier team of consultants and professionals.
